Terms & conditions

1. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Employees of the Promoter or the Retailer, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion (or any of their immediate families) are excluded. All applicants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Only one entry per household is permitted. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. All multiple entries from the same household will be automatically disqualified.
3. Closing date for entries is 26.02.10.
4. All entrants submitting their details online will be entered into the draw provided they have met all other qualifying criteria.
5. All winners will be notified in writing via the email address supplied with their entry.
6. If a customer is declared as an online winner, the prize will only be issued to that customer upon verification of their proof-of-purchase. In order for us to verify this, winners must send in their proof-of-purchase, their itemised till receipt and a copy of their online or email confirmation to the Promoter via the address detailed within the Prize Confirmation email sent to each winner. All prize applications must be received by 31.03.10.
   Winners will be sent their prize within 28 days of us receiving the relevant verification. We cannot accept responsibility for prize applications lost or delayed in the post.
7. There are 1,000 prizes to be won as follows: Wii Fit & Games Consoles x 10, I-Pod Touch x 10, Nintendo DS Lite x 10, Sports Watch/Heart Rate Monitor x 10, DAB radio x 10, Solar Powered Charger x 50, Digital Photo Screen x 50, Mini iPod/MP3 speakers x 250, MP3 player x 300, Pedometer x 300.
8. The prizes will be awarded on a random draw basis from all entries received. There is no cash alternative.
9. Promotional packs are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
10. In the unlikely event of a stock shortage, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
11. To obtain details of the winners, send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Morrisons Chilean Cherries Winners, Lifestyle Incentives Ltd, Regent House, Heaton Lane, Stockport, Cheshire, SK4 1BS between 01.04.10 and 30.04.10.
